Tiwi Curriculum - Canoe

Junior Young Men visited Jilamara to take a closer look at the dugout canoe.

The boys observed and measured the canoe, discussing how it was made, the materials used, and the skills and teamwork required to build it. This visit was an introduction to their new learning focus on canoes as part of the Tiwi Curriculum.
